Wesley Johnson has agreed to sign with the Lakers

The former #4 draft pick of 2010 will be headed to the Lakers, agreeing to a 1-yr deal at the veteran's minimum. The 6-7 small forward last played for the Phoenix Suns and averaged 8.0 PPG and 2.5 RPG. He will give the Lakers some length and some athleticism as well. Johnson is a fairly good defender, and can bother opposing players. With not much money to spend (mostly 1-yr deals), the Lakers have done pretty good this off-season. Signings of Nick Young, Chris Kaman, and former Laker Jordan Farmar will make the Lakers compete this upcoming season.
